Booking Conditions

1) Your booking is made with  Nepal Trek & High Adventure Pvt . Ltd .
2)  The booking form must be completed and returned to us with a non-refundable deposit of  10 %  of your  invoice amount. We will then confirm your booking. The outstanding balance is then due before departure trek in Kathmandu , for which you will be invoiced.  If the balance remains unpaid before departure trek date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you will forfeit your deposit.
3) No compensation or refund will be given for any unused hotel accommodation or any unused service or feature of this tour , safari ,trekking & Expedition.
4) We reserve the right to modify, cancel or change any means of conveyance, reservation and/or feature of this tour , safari ,trekking & Expedition. We cannot accept responsibility for any feature of your tour , safari ,trekking & Expedition affected by war, threat of war, civil strife, strikes, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, weather conditions, fire, technical transport problems or other circumstances amounting to force major and/or Acts of God or any delays or expenses incurred as a result.
5) We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property; they are carried at the owner’s risk, even when carried by a porter.
6) The outline itinerary must be taken as an indication of what we hope to do, and not as a contractual obligation. It is a condition that you accept this flexibility and we cannot be responsible for any delays, expenses incurred, or alterations, however caused. Signing the booking form indicates your agreement to this.
7) You agree to abide by the decisions of the tour leader ( Sirdar ) , who represents Nepal Trek & High Adventure Pvt . Ltd .
8) You realize the potential hazards involved in such a trip. Nepal Trek & High Adventure Pvt . Ltd ., our tour leaders, guides and anyone else working in association with us cannot be held responsible for accident, injury, illness or death on a trip.
9) If you commit any illegal act or behave in such a way as to endanger the safety, enjoyment or welfare of the group, the tour leader may ask you to leave the holiday without a refund. Unless prearranged, any client leaving the tour will not be entitled to a refund.
10) Medical vaccinations, obtaining visas, travel insurance and other preliminary arrangements are entirely the client’s responsibility.
11) You must be covered by insurance that must include medical and personal accident risks, Himalayan trekking and helicopter rescue, repatriation and cancellation. We must have evidence of adequate insurance cover before you travel.
12) Any information or advice given, or any medical or first aid treatment administered, by anyone associated with Nepal Trek & High Adventure Pvt . Ltd .is done so in good faith and without responsibility. Nepal Trek & High Adventure’s leaders/guides are not medically qualified and in the absence of immediate medical assistance. so we will do everything possible, based upon our experience, to help and support an injured or sick client.
13) Any cancellation by a client, ie the person who signed the booking form, must be made in writing. 
The date on which the letter is received will determine the cancellation charge applicable. The following scale of cancellation charges will apply:
a) Cancellation a week  or more days before departure: loss of deposit, b) After trek departure: 100% of  price.
14) These charges are designed to protect Nepal Trek & High Adventure Pvt . Ltd .against prepayments and costs incurred and you are strongly advised to take out travel insurance at the time of booking as this may cover you for cancellation in certain circumstances.
15) We reserve the right to cancel any tour if the minimum number specified for the tour , safari ,trekking & Expedition does not met by last hrs before departure, or for any other reason, in which case a full refund will be given. We cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred or any claims due to any cancellation.
16) We will not impose any surcharge on any tour cost but any increase in air fares must be met by the client.
17) If you have any complaint about any aspect of your tour , safari ,trekking & Expedition ,  you should inform your tour leader. If at the end of your tour , safari ,trekking & Expedition you feel your complaint was not properly dealt with, you should then contact  Nepal Trek & High Adventure Pvt . Ltd .  days of your return.
18) Any transportation , flights or other services used on your trip will be subject to local law agreements and the terms and conditions of their local operators, which may exclude or limit liability. Any air travel is subject to the general conditions of carriage and conditions of contract of the concerned airline , to which attention will be drawn on the airline ticket. Such flights will be subject to international law that often limits liability to passengers in respect of death or bodily injury, delay and loss or damage.
19) It is essential that you are mentally and physically capable of participating in a tour , safari ,trekking & Expedition of this nature, and it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they are fit enough for the tour they have chosen. Medical assistance is rarely available during the trekking part of any tour and if in the opinion of the tour leader, the health of any client is a risk, either to the client or to the group as a whole, the leader may ask that client to leave the group without a refund. 
20) The terms and conditions of all agreements made with Nepal Trek & High Adventure Pvt . Ltd .shall be subject to, and must be governed by, the law of HMG Nepal . The signing of the booking form indicates that all persons have read these conditions and agree to abide by them.
