Helambu is a lush region to the North of Kathmandu inhabited by Sherpas and Tamang people alth ough the Sherpas of this region differ in their practices from their cousins in the Everest region. The trek is easily accessible from Kathmandu. It passes through some beautiful forests and very interesting villages on route where many of the customs practiced centuries ago are still in evidence today. The trek finishes in Sunderijial an hours drive from our hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu,
Day 02: Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley
Day 03: By Bus: Kathmandu to Chautara
Day 04: Chautara to Phusre
Day 05: Phusre to Chyojyo Danda
Day 06: Chyojyo Danda – Hile Phetti
Day 07: Acclimatization
Day 08: Nosam Patti to Panch Pokhari
Day 09: Panch Pokhari to Haveli
Day 10: Haveli to Yangri
Day 11: Yangri to Sermathang
Day 12: Sermathang to Melamchi Gaon
Day 13: Melamchi Gaon to Mangengoth
Day 14: Mangengoth to Golphu Bhanjyang
Day 15: Golphu Bhanjyang to Chisopani
Day 16: Chisopani to Sundarijal and drive to Kathmandu.
Day 17: Free day in Kathmandu for shopping and other activities
