Arun valley trekking enlarge between two highest mountains Everest and Makalu. It’s really a non touristic area but we can see momentous views of Mt.Everest, Makalu and hundreds of other mountain just on our eye. Sherpa, Rai and Limbus are the main population of this region. Walking north up the Arun river to Sedua and Num, then cross Barun La (4110m.) into the upper Barun khola valley for a close look at Makalu. Sherpa, Rai and Limbus are the main population of this region.

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu, 
Day 02: Full day Kathmandu valley Tour
Day 03: Kathmandu to Biratnagar.  
Day 04: Hille to Mongmaya Khola 
Day 05: Mongmaya Khola to Surtibari 
Day 06: Surtibari to Tumlingtar 
Day 07: Tumlingtar to Kartike 
Day 08: Kartike to Gothey
Day 09: Gothey to Phedi 
Day 10: Phedi to Gurase
Day 11: Gurase to Sanam 
Day 12: Sanam -toBung 
Day 13: Bung to Gaikharka
Day 14: Gaikharka to Vasme 
Day 15: Vasme to Pangum 
Day 16: Pagum to Painya 
Day 17: Painya to Lukla 
Day 18: By Plane: Lukla to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel

Day 19: Free day in Kathmandu for shopping and other activities.
