Everest Base Camp  Chola Pass trek is one of the outstanding treks of Everest region. This trek offers an alternative to the traditional trek to Everest Base Camp. We pass through the Sherpa villages- Namche Bazaar and Khumjung to the Gokyo Valley and the Ngozumpa Glacier, the largest in Nepal Himalaya. From Gokyo Ri, one can have a glance of the peaks above 48000m. such as Cho Oyu , Everest, Lhotse and Makalu. Descending to Phortse, make a high traverse to the village of Pangboche and climb on towards Everest Base Camp. The return route leads through Dingboche and Tengpoche before descending the Khumbu Valley to Lukla. There are many options for additional exploration and high altitude walking including the crossing of Cho La a 5420m high Pass into Khumbu. Gokyo is located in the valley immediately west of the Everest (Khumbu) valley and is far less developed and crowed than its better-known neighbor to the east. In fact, the Gokyo Valley is the only traditional permanent settlement of this area.

Day 15: Gorakshep to Kalapathar (5545m) and back to Gorakshep
Day 16: Gorakshep to Dingbohe
Day 17: Dingboche to Tengboche
Day 18: Tengboche to Namche
Day 19: Namche to Phakding
Day 20: Phakding to Lukla (2800m)
Day 21: Lukla to Kathmandu by flight
Day 22: Kathmandu, shopping and sightseeing
Day 23: Transfer to the airport
